MAXIMILIAN BEACH
I am one of the owners of Playground Fitness, and my training journey began after my career as an elite motocross competitor. When I finished competing in 2018, I discovered a passion for training and wanted to share it with others. I trained as a STAC elite coach and started StrongerPB Fitness in 2020. Since then, I have had the privilege of working with both elite athletes and exercisers, including young people from Rögles, EVS and ÄFF. I started Playground Fitness together with Hisham Baker and I am a personal trainer and run classes here, specializing in kettlebell and CrossFit. I am driven by helping you develop through functional training and new movements and am here to support you on your training journey - whether you are a beginner or at an elite level.

HISHAM BAKER
For me, life is about finding something that makes you happy and motivated. It is also one of the reasons why I am today the proud owner of Playground Fitness together with my amazing colleagues. My own training journey began in 2022 when I met Maximilian, and since then we have trained together three times a week. This journey and friendship led us to start Playground Fitness – a project where we want to create something unique for each individual and a feeling of feeling at home.

ANNA BAKER
My name is Anna and I am one of the founders of Playground Fitness, along with my husband Hisham. My role here is broad – I coach group training, am in the process of becoming a personal trainer and make sure that our gym is a place where everyone feels welcome. To me, Playground is more than just a gym – it is a community where we train, laugh and develop together.
My training philosophy is simple: training should be fun! I know that many people have a rather pressured view of training and health, and my goal is to change that. I want to help people find their thing, set their own goals and feel comfortable in their training journey. With me, you should feel seen when you want it, get some space when you need it – and sometimes be pushed outside your comfort zone to see how much you can actually do.
I coach two different classes: Strength, where we focus on strength training in various forms, often with elements of functional training, and Playground Roulette, where each session is unique and tailored to the participants. It can be anything from running intervals to HYROX-inspired training or strength training – completely depending on what the group needs that day.
The best thing about Playground? The people! I love the family feel we've created and getting to meet all the different personalities, hear their stories and be a part of their training journey. Whether you come to sweat, develop or just have a coffee and chat – you're always welcome with us.

THERESE JOHANSSON
I am passionate about helping people achieve their goals – with the right knowledge, nothing is impossible. I am one of the trainers here at Playground Fitness and run the boxing sessions and our Hyrox sessions.
I have had a long and varied sports career, competing at the elite level in three sports: ice hockey, rugby and boxing. After many years in the Swedish rugby national team, I chose to switch sports to boxing, and have competed at that level for six years. My passion for sports has also led to an interest in nutrition and performance, which led me to train as a nutrition lecturer in 2018. Today, I lead our lifestyle programs here at Playground Fitness and have also worked with national team profiles in both rugby and boxing. I am also a hairdresser and run the Upper Cut salon here at Playground Fitness, so you can get both a workout and a fresh look under the same roof! Therese Johansson is one of the owners of Playground Fitness.
Playground Fitness for me is:
A place where you can grow, both mentally and physically. It's not just about training, it's about building a stronger version of yourself – and having fun along the way!
